Salesforce Architect

• Functions and Responsibilities
• Define the technical architecture of the Salesforce environment;
• Develop and maintain a library of templates, best practices, and reusable assets;
• Validate project architecture and design;
• Promote the reuse of Salesforce features and integration components;
• Identify and manage risks that could hinder project success;
• Provide technical architecture strategy and deployment advice;
• Lead technical teams and solve complex problems;
• Lead design sessions and promote best solutions;
• Provide full support throughout the project lifecycle: analysis, design, development, delivery, and post-delivery.

What we are looking for

• Degree in computer science or related field;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills;
• Proven experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Community Cloud);
• Proficiency in Force.com, APEX, Visualforce, Salesforce API, and AppExchange;
• Ability to design architectures for complex projects;
• Knowledge of Agile best practices and customer orientation;
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (bilingual required).

CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, as well as professional licenses and certifications. Salary decisions depend on the particularities of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $80,000 and $155,000. This position is open.
