Reporting to the supervisor, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and play a crucial role in maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for the business units they support.
What You Are Responsible For
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each position.
- Provide advice and recommendations to hiring managers regarding recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
- Collaborate with HR teams and leadership to align recruitment efforts with the company's global objectives.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Conduct comprehensive sourcing activities, including market mapping, direct outreach, and candidate engagement, to build a talent pool and support key hiring needs.
- Promote the company's culture, values, and employer brand to attract top talent.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to represent the company and build relationships with potential candidates.
To join our team
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment management.
- You have demonstrated ability to identify and attract talent in competitive markets.
- You have strong experience in managing multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You have demonstrated ability to collaborate with hiring managers and influence them.
- You have a good understanding of recruitment performance indicators and the ability to use data to guide decisions.
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong candidate experience orientation.
- You are fluent in both French and English;
- Valid driver's license.
