Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the different profiles sought;
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from defining needs with managers to integrating new hires;
- Be present at client sites for selection committees, interview days, or work sessions with the client team;
- Advise clients on their recruitment needs and strategies;
- Develop and maintain a proactive talent network;
- Implement various sourcing and headhunting strategies;
- Participate in employer branding by representing the company at career events, job fairs, and recruitment initiatives;
- Monitor performance indicators related to talent acquisition;
- Actively contribute to team development and continuous improvement of the company;
- Update candidate information in the client's candidate management platform (CRM and ATS);
- Provide an optimal candidate and client experience that reflects the company's values.

- Job Requirements
Requirements
- Hold relevant education;
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment;
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, an asset;
- Proficiency in sourcing and headhunting tools;
- Bilingual in French and English, to work with clients across Canada (asset);
- Valid driver's license and own a car for minimal travel to clients in Quebec and Chaudière-Appalaches;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships;
- Business and client relationship sense;
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and their priorities;
- Proficiency in ATS and CRM technology tools (asset);
- Comfortable with technology and digital environments.
