What will you contribute to the team?

• Be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating, and supervising the activities of about twenty employees and technologists from the Methods group.
• Assume all responsibilities related to human resources management of a multidisciplinary team, financial management, and technological development of the department.
• Coordinate manufacturing support to Production teams.
• Be responsible for first unit and project improvement controls.
• Define and master the processes that link the department with external stakeholders and ensure excellent customer service.
• Support initiatives related to the deployment of operational excellence in your department.

How will you thrive in this role?

• You hold a bachelor's degree or MBA, or a college diploma with several years of experience in the aerospace industry.
• You have more than 3 years of experience in management.
• You demonstrate good judgment and flexibility, are results-oriented, capable of working with minimal supervision, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• You are resourceful and ready to work within a high-performing team.
• You exhibit strong communication and leadership skills, along with excellent organizational and technical skills.
• You are bilingual (French and English).
