Description
The Salesforce Developer will act as a liaison between business needs and the technical teams they will be part of. They will work within a team of 15 people and contribute directly to major strategic projects within the organization.

- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Model processes to optimize workflows
- Participate in solution development using Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
- Develop high-level integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Implement deployment and automation strategies and set up pipelines with CI/CD
- Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Participate in strategic projects and contribute to various technology decisions
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Salesforce certification (an asset)
- Experience in Salesforce Grantmaking/Grants Management, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in Salesforce development languages and tools such as Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Omnistudio
- Professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Bilingualism (French required)
