Oracle APEX Developer (Advanced Level)

Solution SFT is looking for an Oracle APEX Developer (Advanced Level). In this role, you will work on a client project in the public sector in the city of Quebec. The work will be done mostly in a remote work environment.

Role

• Develop system requirements in PL/SQL and Oracle Apex;
• Develop reports in Oracle BI Publisher;
• Actively participate in the design and development of new features;
• Design and perform test cases;
• Write required documentation;
• Support and guide other APEX developers in their work;
• Ensure knowledge transfer to other APEX developers;
• Share expertise with other team members;
• Participate in system implementation strategies;
• Participate in sprints and collaborate with an agile team;
• Understand user and analyst needs;
• Perform all knowledge transfer to designated ministry resources;
• Perform any other activities required by the Ministry within the scope of the mandate.

Requirements

• Demonstrate, as an advanced-level Oracle APEX developer, possession of a college diploma (DEC) in computer science or a college certificate (AEC) in computer science;
• Possess five (5) years of experience in information technology (IT);
• Possess at least three (3) years of experience in Oracle APEX development, completed within the last five (5) years;
• Have at least five (5) years of experience in PL/SQL development;
• Have good knowledge of technologies such as Javascript, JQuery, JSON, XML, and Web services.
