Expected Start Date: September 2026

Working Conditions

Salary: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
37.5 hours per week
2 weeks of vacation
3 sick days
On-site parking

Main Tasks

Maintain financial records
Perform bank reconciliation
Prepare journal entries
Produce trial balances and financial statements
Prepare payroll and government remittances
Perform invoicing
Prepare submissions in Odoo
Ensure accounting in the Odoo ERP system
Produce various financial reports and statistics

Requirements

AEC or DEC in Computerized Accounting
Experience with an ERP (Odoo required)
Good knowledge of Excel
Proficiency in written and spoken French
Rigor and autonomy
