Your role

As an Assembler - Generator Shelter, you will play a key role in assembling the shelter structures designed to protect the generators. You will be responsible for installing and securing the panels and components according to the plans and technical specifications, ensuring the solidity, adjustment, and quality of the assembly, while adhering to safety standards and CVTCORP's quality standards.

Your work will directly contribute to the quality, appearance, and durability of the products delivered to our clients. Through your attention to detail, precision, and commitment to quality, you will actively participate in the manufacture of products meeting the highest industry standards.

Main responsibilities

Assembly

  • Assemble the shelter with the panels according to the plans and technical specifications.
  • Install panels on the designated frames.
  • Install rivets and other fixing elements on the panels.
  • Check the alignment, adjustment, and finish of the assembled components.
  • Use the necessary manual, pneumatic, and electrical tools for manufacturing and assembly.

Quality control

  • Visually inspect the components and assemblies to ensure compliance.
  • Verify the quality of gluing, folding, riveting, and assembly work.
  • Report any non-compliance or anomaly that may affect product quality.

Production operations

  • Read and interpret plans, technical drawings, and manufacturing instructions.
  • Prepare the required materials, parts, and equipment for production.
  • Handle and move panels and components safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to production deadlines.

Teamwork and continuous improvement

  • Actively participate in improving work methods and manufacturing processes.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to promote efficient and quality production.
  • Adapt to changes in priorities, products, or work methods.
  • Desired profile

Technical skills

  • Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.
  • Good mastery of manual, pneumatic, and electrical tools (drill, screwdriver, wrench, measuring tape, riveter, etc.).
  • Good manual dexterity and excellent precision in work execution.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to safely lift and handle loads weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety best practices.

CVTCORP is committed to training and supporting employees in the manufacture and assembly of its products. A structured training program is offered to ensure mastery of work methods, quality standards, safety norms, and procedures specific to the company's products.

Working hours

The working hours are 40 hours per week, distributed from

Monday to

Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:15 PM (including two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break) and

Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM (including a 15-minute break).

Stable schedule favoring work-life balance, with weekends off.

Salary range

From $26.00/h to $31.00/h depending on experience
