Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer to join our creative department. This hybrid role combines social media management, photo/video production, graphic design and event support. Creating and managing our brand's social presence across multiple platforms, producing high-quality visual content (photography, videography, and design), and supporting our sports events and brand activations. You will manage content creation, community building, and strategic marketing, collaborating with our design and marketing teams to drive authentic engagement with our audience and ambassadors. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media Management * Create, plan and publish personalized content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) * Write engaging and strategic texts for multi-channel platforms * Build and develop an engaging community on social networks among the audience & Brand Ambassadors * Analyze monthly trends to guide creative strategy with designers Photo & Video Production *

Studio production: photograph and film the brand's products *

Video editing: edit with creative tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Davinci, etc...) * Photo retouching with Adobe Suite and Ai software * Create visual content consistent with brand identity Graphic Design * Collaborate with the design team on publications and campaigns * Contribute to the creation of newsletters * Ensure graphic consistency of newsletters * Create and develop Ai visuals and videos. (Magnific, Adobe Ai, Nano Banana & more). Events & Public Relations * Support the organization of sports events and activations * Create content around events (photos, videos, posts) * Strengthen relationships with ambassadeurs * Assist at events to capture authentic content Required Experience * Minimum 3-5 years in graphic design and social media management * Demonstrated experience in photo and video production * Experience in events, public relations (PR) or social media management Technical Skills * Adobe Suite, CapCut, Davinci, Ai tools. * Professional video editing and photo retouching * Studio photo/video experience Interpersonal Skills * Excellent writing in English and French * Autonomy and time management * Collaborative teamwork * Passion for the fitness/sports nutrition industry
