Your Role at Pentagone

• Welcome each customer with enthusiasm, as if they were a VIP, to offer them an unforgettable moment in the store;
• Highlight the latest trends and promotions with style;
• Provide exceptional customer service, from the first hello to the moment of departure — while remaining natural, we don't jump on the customer (unless they bring cookies!);
• Conclude sales and manage transactions with ease and a smile;
• Maintain a flawless presentation in the store, reflecting our unique style;
• Participate in the maintenance of the store to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
