Intervention Specialist - Elderly Care

Positions for intervention with clients aged 50 and over in vulnerable or fragile situations.

Tasks

• Identify elderly individuals in vulnerable situations or at risk of fragilization
• Assist them in finding solutions
• Build a social network with other intervenors, partners, and health and social services professionals
• Refer individuals aged 50 and over to resources in the community

Job Requirements

• Experience or training in care relationships (having completed at least a college-level technique in a relevant field OR having significant experience in intervention)
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Demonstrate autonomy, empathy, and a sense of humor
• Ability to manage time and priorities
• Good knowledge of French and English
• Availability during the week, daytime

Conditions

• Compensation: Based on salary scale and experience
• 28-hour workweek
