Who are we?

In 2008, 3 partners created their first bakery with a simple idea: to make very good products ... at a very reasonable price in an eco-responsible approach! 18 years later, ANGE is the 2nd largest French bakery network and has been elected by its customers as the Best Chain of the Year.

We have more than 300 points of sale in France and since June 2018, 13 bakeries have opened in Canada. A great adventure!

Integrated into the VAUDREUIL bakery within a young and dynamic team, you will be an actor in the development of the bakery and the shared pleasure every day with our customers.

The first salesperson to the customer is responsible for ensuring excellent service, informing customers according to their needs, and ensuring that the different counters are always stocked to offer a diverse offer that meets the standards of Ange.

*Main tasks*

• Manage the team with the manager and his assistant*
• Provide customer service: welcome, advise, and serve customers
• Organize the arrangement of displays according to the Ange market launch standards (bakery/pastry/salty counter...)
• Know the products and be able to advise customers
• Perform stock rotation.
• Apply quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and health and safety at work standards
• Perform and/or participate in the maintenance of the dining room.
• Use a cash register.
• Maintain your work area clean and safe.
• Be versatile and perform store openings/closings as needed
• JOB REQUIREMENTS

Customer service experience is essential

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years in a similar position
• Sense of detail and quality
• Rigor and organization
• Good team spirit, collaboration
• Patience and flexibility
• Excellent communication skills

• Between 35 and 40 hours
