As a Class 1 Driver, you will perform deliveries and pickups of equipment (vibratory plates, generators, construction fences, propane, etc.) quickly and professionally.

Your daily tasks:

• Perform the safety round;
• Load and secure the goods according to transport and loading norms;
• Perform deliveries and pickups of rented equipment for clients and construction sites quickly and efficiently;
• Explain the operation of the equipment to the client during delivery;
• Check the operation and cleanliness of the equipment upon departure and return from rental;
• Notify the mechanic or manager of broken equipment and all missing or defective items.
• Your profile
• Valid Class 1 driver's license
• Minimum experience in a similar position and/or completed professional training (CFTR/CFTC/Other)
• Good knowledge of loading and transport norms for equipment
• Good driving record with SAAQ
• Knowledge of transport laws and regulations
• Knowledge of safety norms
• Be autonomous and responsible
• Good customer service skills
• Important attention to safety
• Hold a construction site health and safety card, an asset
