Supervisor

Harvey's is looking for a supervisor for its Chicoutimi restaurant.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

• Providing a perfect experience to all guests by ensuring that the quality of the food meets the highest standards of food quality and packaging established by Harvey's.
• The selected candidate will be someone who is a leader, ready to help whenever necessary to ensure the overall success of the restaurant. Previous experience in supervision or management is an asset.
• Be passionate about working with a fun, energetic, and dedicated team to serve.
• Offer the best burger in Canada to each of our guests.

• Job Requirements:
• Support the manager in controlling costs, building sales, and overall management of results.
• Develop associates at all levels through mentoring, training, and individual discussions.
• Participate in local restaurant promotions as needed.
• Follow all Harvey's standards as indicated by the brand leaders.
• Candidates must be able to create good interpersonal relationships, exceed their limits, have fun as a team, and encourage others.
