MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the responsibility of the Director – Process Mechanics, you will:

• Coordinate process mechanics projects, from submission to commissioning.
• Review submissions, schedules, and budgets at the beginning of the project.
• Ensure the transfer of estimation–operations and alignment of teams.
• Plan the startup (internal and client) and disseminate technical information to the relevant services.
• Define, with the foreman, the work methods and the needs in terms of workforce and equipment.
• Prepare the site startup and coordinate the mobilization.
• Support the field teams and ensure compliance of the work with the contract.
• Monitor progress and negotiate contractual changes.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• DEC or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any equivalent combination of education and experience;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience in the construction industry.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment;
• Mastery of scheduling planning;
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, and sense of priorities;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Great interest in working as a team, with the goal of achieving a common objective.
