Materials Engineer for our client, a leading company in materials engineering and construction, to strengthen their dynamic and experienced team.
Responsibilities

- Materials Engineer
- , you will be responsible for the following tasks for your future employer:
- Project Management: Planning, coordinating, and supervising materials engineering projects, including laboratory testing, quality control, and pavement design.
- Technical Expertise: Conducting analyses and studies on materials for infrastructure construction projects (roads, pavements, civil engineering works, etc.).
- Quality Control: Ensuring the compliance of materials used on projects, while adhering to applicable standards and regulations.
- Laboratory Analysis: Interpreting the results of laboratory and field tests, preparing detailed technical reports, and formulating recommendations. (Specialists in concrete and/or bituminous pavement)
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Working closely with technicians, engineers, and other experts to ensure the quality and compliance of projects.
- Client Relations: Maintaining smooth communication with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders throughout the projects.
- Innovation and Vigilance: Staying informed about the latest advancements in the field of materials and applying innovative solutions to projects.
- Desired Profile:
- The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or materials engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in materials engineering, particularly in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in materials testing techniques, ISO standards, and infrastructure and pavement design methods.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and coordinate resources effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to write clear and concise technical reports.
- Teamwork and Autonomy: Ability to work effectively in a team while being autonomous in task execution and project management.
- Proactivity and Initiative: Capable of making sound decisions and anticipating the technical and logistical needs of projects.
