Telephone Operator

Telephone Operators are being sought for a full-time daytime position within a company specializing in business financing.

Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm *Salary to be discussed + commission

Responsibilities

• Make outgoing calls to present our services
• Take incoming calls
• Make follow-up calls for customer requests and files
• Present our loan services and assist customers
• Provide top-notch customer service
• Perform some simple administrative tasks

Requirements

• Excellent French communication skills
• Be punctual, organized, and courteous
• Proficiency with the telephone and computers
• Experience in customer service and sales (an asset)
• English (an asset)
