As a Sales Specialist, you play a key role in the customer experience and the smooth operation of daily activities. Customer-focused, you guide customers in their purchases, share your advice on products, and actively contribute to achieving sales targets. You help maintain a welcoming and company-standard-compliant store environment while collaborating closely with the team to provide a positive customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO DAILY

• Welcome each customer with courtesy and offer a warm and professional experience.
• Advise customers on products, share relevant advice, and guide their purchases.
• Keep sales areas clean, attractive, and compliant with the company's visual standards.
• Ensure the store is opened and closed according to procedures.
• Support sales floor management in the absence of the manager or assistant manager.
• Participate in marketing, stock management, and visual presentation in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales or a customer-service-focused environment.
• Autonomy, organizational skills, and rigor in task execution.
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
• Positive, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

YOUR WORK CONDITIONS

• Permanent part-time position (approximately 25 hours per week)
• Variable schedule according to the store's operational needs, including day and/or evening shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Prolonged standing and handling of merchandise
• Regular handling of weights up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs
• Frequent physical movements: bending, stretching, climbing ladders or stairs for merchandise placement and customer service
• Possibility of busier periods (sales, holidays, season changes)
