Immediate Supervisor: Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in daily operations: opening/closing, restocking, merchandising, customer service.
• Manage transactions, returns, and end-of-day deposits.
• Ensure stock management and visual presentation according to Rubino standards.
• Contribute to sales and performance goals by motivating the team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience (footwear experience is a plus).
• Excellent sales, service, and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet goals and inspire a team.
• Hours

Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends).

Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: $16.75 to $18.00 per hour
