Customer Service Agent and Online Support

*Blackcircles.ca is a young e-commerce company (tires and wheels) that was founded in 2018 in Canada. Our team is dynamic and growing. We are always looking for new talent to expand the team. Our offices are located on the south shore of Montreal, near the Champlain Bridge.*

As a customer service agent online, you are responsible for providing excellent service to customers. You are resourceful, independent, and enjoy helping customers. We are looking for a person who can effectively manage stress during peak seasons when the volume of calls and emails is at its maximum.

The position is level 1, full-time (37.5h/40h per week schedule depending on the season), office/home conciliation 50-50. Fast advancement opportunities ++ $$

Tasks

• Process ongoing orders
• Respond to customers via phone, chat, and email
• Communicate tracking numbers to customers upon request
• Perform address verifications
• Create and send Fedex/Purolator labels
• Share our policies regarding warranties, our road hazard protection, and merchandise returns with customers
• Other related tasks
• Excellent customer service

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingualism required
• Experience in a similar role (asset)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Team, Excel)
• Ease in learning new automated work tools
• Dynamic, hardworking, open-minded, and quick learner
• Attention to detail, diligence, and pursuit of excellence in everything done
• Ability to handle multiple files simultaneously and establish priorities
• Daytime schedule
