Evening All-Rounder

Job Overview:

Summer

• Maintain the cleanliness of the terraces
• Maintain and close the pools
• Maintain the cleanliness of the estate
• Take care of the pets
• Perform security patrols
• Perform tours of the different buildings
• Perform various maintenance tasks (light bulbs, picking up branches, washing machinery, mowing the lawn, etc.)
• Be able to lift loads of more than 20 kg

Winter

• Snow removal of the terraces
• Snow removal of the entrances manually and with machinery
• Application of abrasive
• Maintain the cleanliness of the estate
• Take care of the pets
• Perform security patrols
• Perform tours of the different buildings
• Perform various maintenance tasks (light bulbs, picking up branches, washing machinery, etc.)
• Be able to lift loads of more than 20 kg

• Responsible and reliable person with a pleasant and positive attitude
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Have a good sense of initiative and attention to detail
• Be comfortable with animals (dog, cat)
• Integrity and discretion
• Good physical condition

Evening hours in WINTER (4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, with possible extra hours) with weekend availability for replacements and in SUMMER Evening hours (4:00 PM to 9:00 PM) with weekend and week rotation. Note that we are open to other scheduling proposals as long as they meet our needs.

Excellent working conditions and competitive salary
