Your Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of planning, preparation, and serving of food;
• Contribute to the development of menus and all catering service events.
• Supervise and mobilize the team members of the unit;
• Plan and assign team tasks;
• Ensure the overall quality of the service offer and customer satisfaction;
• Manage and apply Excelso policies (quality assurance program, OHS, and other regulations or unit particularities);
• Manage inventories and make necessary purchases;
• Control food and labor costs to achieve budgetary goals.

Desired Profile

• Professional studies diploma (DEP) in culinary arts (an asset);
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position;
• Significant experience in team management;
• Manager certificate issued by the MAPAQ.
