This position offers an opportunity to join the Quebec warehouse team!

• Full-time permanent Warehouse Associate position
• Monday to Thursday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Sunday on rotation)
• Starting wage: $24.30/hour with evening premium ($1.25/hour).
• Annual wage increases based on performance and progression twice a year until reaching the target rate of $25.60/hour.

Contributing to this role involves

• Ensuring continuous monitoring of various warehouse activities (receiving, storage, filling, order preparation, truck loading, inventory) to meet performance standards and established schedules;
• Identifying and investigating distributor returns (management of missing products & returns);
• Writing reports on operation progress;
• Prioritizing workplace health and safety and setting an example in terms of good safety practices by ensuring compliance with health and safety rules;
• Performing other related tasks.

Required qualifications and skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (an asset);
• Ability to operate an electric pallet truck and a forklift (an asset);
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment;
• Good priority management, responsibility, and initiative;
• Honesty, motivation, discipline, dynamism, and punctuality;
• Good interpersonal relationships, communication skills, and teamwork;
• Good physical condition.
