• Estimate the cost of repair based on the damage inspection report
• Inspect repaired vehicles
• Plan repair work to be performed

• Perform vehicle drive tests to ensure their safe operation
• Clean and maintain the workspace

• Replace front-end and body panel elements, doors, chassis and underbody elements
• Grind, sand and polish surfaces to be repaired
• Mask and tape surfaces of the car in preparation for painting
• Dent removal using hammers and blocks
• Remove damaged bumpers, panels and grilles and bolt or weld replacement parts in place
• Repair or replace interior elements
• Mix paint and match colors
• Use welding equipment or filler plastic to level holes, bumps and joints
• Straighten chassis using chassis and underbody traction and anchoring equipment
