We are looking for a person to join our team as an administrative assistant to help manage the aquatic activities of the sports complex in ...

Working Hours

  • Day shift - Evening shift possible
  • Monday to Friday - Weekend possible
  • Answer calls, emails, and client messages.
  • Manage an aquatic product sales shop.
  • Welcome clients to the site.
  • Enter and update data (Office Suite, registration software, Evolia, etc.).
  • Produce various documents: attendance sheets, posters, reports, invoices, statistics.
  • Participate in the planning and online programming.
  • Perform billing and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure the quality of internal and external communications (displays, emails, website).
  • Provide logistical support during special events and activities.
  • Manage file and administrative deadline tracking.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, Google, Sport management software – an asset).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Autonomy, reliability, discretion, and sense of priorities.
  • Interest in the aquatic or sports environment (an asset).
