Contracts Administration Agent

Temporary position for a duration of 12 months.
As a Contracts Administration Agent, you contribute to administrative activities supporting the components of the Movement in relation to the administration of various specialized group and business collective insurance products. Specifically, you will analyze and process transactions from collective insurance regime administrators regarding our regular partner contracts. You provide support to users in effectively using tools or systems. Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Analyzing and processing transactions from collective insurance regime administrators.
- Communicating with policyholders and service representatives to answer their inquiries.
- Ensuring the completion of the unit's operational administrative processes.
- Producing, reviewing, and analyzing reports.
- Performing various administrative, operational, and quality controls, and required follow-ups.
- Completing various administrative tasks related to data entry, extraction, processing, compilation, and coding.

What You Bring
- College diploma (DEC technical) in an appropriate discipline
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced English proficiency due to the nature of tasks, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and clients
