Temporary position for a duration of 12 months
As an assistant in asset management, you will support a large team by providing professional and efficient administrative services in accordance with the firm's policies, procedures, and the regulatory standards of the securities industry. The assistant will assume various operational support responsibilities related to the team's activities. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Support team members in all their administrative, operational, and customer service activities by phone
- Complete, verify, and route various forms related to account openings and updates, and ensure the required follow-ups
- Monitor daily activities in client accounts and resolve various administrative details
- Transmit documentation or reports to the appropriate departments and clients
- Verify data from various information sources to ensure compliance with established policies and standards
- Process data, including the production of various documents for the client base, ensuring the quality of written language and document presentation
- Participate in identifying operational risks and seeking improvements related to team activities

What you will bring
- College diploma (DEC technical) in an appropriate discipline
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel software in a Windows environment
