Description
Join the TELUS Business cybersecurity sales team. Help businesses improve their security while building a stimulating career in a rapidly growing industry. You will be part of a dynamic team with fast sales cycles. You will collaborate closely with clients, marketing specialists, technical coordinators, and penetration testing experts to deliver key security solutions. In this role, you will create business opportunities using digital leads, build lasting relationships with customers, and build a strong recurring pipeline of penetration testing mandates to protect businesses against cyber threats.
Your Contribution
Process digital leads from TELUS' exclusive platform to qualify business opportunities for penetration testing.
Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs, define the scope of mandates, and design customized service offers.
Drive growth by conducting strategic follow-ups on qualified leads and closing sales efficiently within a short cycle.
Ensure proactive follow-up with current customers to target renewals and generate annual penetration testing proposals.
Respond to customer requests and coordinate with the technical team to ensure flawless service delivery.
Build lasting trust-based relationships to position TELUS Business as the leading security partner.
Contribute to team results by achieving sales targets and expanding our cybersecurity client base.
Your Profile
Experience: At least 2 years in B2B sales OR strong cybersecurity expertise combined with a strong interest in sales.
Communication: Excellent relational and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex security concepts for clients.
Priority Management: Proven ability to handle multiple cases, offers, and proposals in a dynamic environment with a strong attention to detail.
Organization: Excellent time management to prioritize tasks effectively and consistently meet set goals.
Autonomy: Strong motivation and ability to take ownership of your sales pipeline development independently.
Advisory Approach: Listening-oriented approach to understanding clients' needs and maintaining long-term relationships.
Technology: Ease in adopting new digital tools, including CRM systems and sales support platforms.
Languages: Excellent French, both spoken and written. Advanced English is required, as you will mostly interact in English with external parties (e.g., clients, suppliers, or external partners); interact in English with internal parties (e.g., colleagues or stakeholders); and work in an English IT environment for tasks related to this position with a national scope.
Certifications: Cybersecurity titles, such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), or any other relevant penetration testing certification.
Market Experience: Experience in selling security services or solutions to a mid-sized business clientele (intermediate market).
Technological Tools: Proficiency in sales support platforms or customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Salary Range: $99,000-$145,000 OTE

The total effective remuneration will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, and experience.
