Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Windows Administrator to join an infrastructure administration team within an international banking environment.

You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and evolution of Windows infrastructures, ensuring their availability, security, and performance. You will collaborate with various technical teams to support operations, contribute to infrastructure projects, and participate in the continuous improvement of technological environments.

Discover your future responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and administer Windows Server environments.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and stability of Windows infrastructures.
  • Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization operations on servers.
  • Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies.
  • Deploy patches, security updates, and manage vulnerabilities.
  • Administer virtualization environments (Hyper-V, VMware, SimpliVity, or Citrix).
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services, Azure Active Directory, and messaging platforms.
  • Collaborate with Network, Security, Database, and Application teams to ensure a high-performance and secure infrastructure.
  • Participate in the improvement of operational procedures, documentation, and best practices.
  • Contribute to infrastructure evolution projects and Windows system migrations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Your technical expertise:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Windows system administration.
  • Excellent mastery of Windows Server.
  • Solid experience in Active Directory administration (Domain Controllers, Group Policy, user accounts, security).
  • Good knowledge of network protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  • Experience with virtualization environments: Hyper-V, VMware, SimpliVity, or Citrix.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Exchange.
  • Good knowledge of cybersecurity principles, patch management, and access controls.
  • Experience with Windows operating system migrations (e.g., Windows Server 2016 to 2022).
  • Strong problem-solving skills in critical environments.
  • Experience in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of the banking sector or financial markets is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced English
