Our Mergers and Acquisitions group is looking for a dynamic partner, with a strong team spirit and good business sense, to join our Montreal office team.

The Mergers and Acquisitions group brings together lawyers across our 10 offices across Canada, and offers advice on a wide range of transactions, including the negotiated acquisition of shares or assets, as well as mergers or acquisitions of publicly traded companies under a tender offer, a corporate restructuring, or a business combination. Our multidisciplinary team provides tailored solutions for all types of transactions, from the launch phase to post-closing integration.

What you will bring to Miller Thomson

• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in mergers and acquisitions and business law.
• Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a keen interest in business development.
• Ability to work effectively in both French and English, depending on client needs and the nature of the mandates.
