In a context of strong growth and modernization of our tools, we are looking for a Financial Controller who wishes to play a key role in the development of our finance function.

Your role

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, you will be a strategic partner for the management. You will manage financial operations while actively contributing to the improvement of processes and the digital transformation of the company.

What you will do

• Financial Management
• Supervise a team of 3 people;
• Participate in management committee meetings;
• Ensure sound management of the division's financial activities.
• Process Improvement
• Participate in the implementation of a new ERP in our 3 factories;
• Optimize and standardize financial processes;
• Accompany teams in the adoption of new tools;
• Contribute to the automation of reports and processes (AI, Power BI, Velixo, etc.);
• Participate in the development of our digital environment (ERP, CRM, SIRH, MES).
• Accounting and Financial Analysis
• Supervise monthly and annual closings;
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards;
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls;
• Perform cost of sales and variance analyses;
• Participate in treasury management;
• Develop dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs).

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in accounting;
• CPA title (asset);
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis;
• Very good mastery of Excel;
• Experience with ERP systems and management tools (BI, CRM, banking platforms);
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and autonomy;
• Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to communicate financial information.
