Accounting Technician

What you will do by joining our team

• Cash handling;
• Integration and entry of vendor invoices into journals;
• Daily update and entry of cash registers;
• Monthly bank reconciliations;
• Preparation of journal entries;
• Monthly verification of vendor and customer accounts;
• Opening and modifying customer accounts;
• Recording in various registers (purchase journal, sales journal, cash, etc.);
• Preparation of reports;
• Collaboration on end-of-month closing tasks;
• Perform any other accounting tasks requested by management;
• Work closely with the team;
• Contribute to the updating of work procedures;
• Collaborate on the development of the organization;
• Prepare documents for digitization.

What we are looking for from you

• College diploma in accounting;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting;
• Proficiency in Excel;
• Knowledge of retail commerce;
• Ability to quickly learn management systems;
• Analytical mindset, diligence, resourcefulness, and autonomy.
