• 7+ years of experience in tax practice in a firm
• Expertise in tax planning, corporate reorganizations, corporate taxation, trusts, and individual taxation
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex tax issues
• Strong interest in advisory services and building lasting relationships with clients
• Experience in management, supervision, and team development
• Motivational leadership and willingness to share knowledge
• Self-motivated, disciplined, strategic, and solution-oriented individual
