Atlas Escalators, a company specializing in the manufacture, sale, and installation of elevators and accessibility products, is looking for a senior accounting clerk to join its team.

Offered Conditions

• Salary of $35 to $40 per hour, depending on experience

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain books and the accounting cycle
• Manage vendor and customer accounts
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Process invoices, payments, and collections
• Participate in month-end processes
• Produce various financial reports
• Ensure accuracy of data in the Acomba system
• Support the team in various accounting and administrative tasks

Desired Profile

• Relevant experience as a senior accounting clerk
• Excellent proficiency in the Acomba software
• Good knowledge of the complete accounting cycle
• Experience in the manufacturing sector, an asset
• Rigor, autonomy, and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in French; functional English considered an asset
• Salary: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
