Process Consultant

Solution SFT is looking for a Process Consultant for a client project in the public sector in the city of Quebec. In this role, you will work within the framework of a client project that falls under the public sector in the city of Quebec.

Activities to be performed:

• Describe processes with the aim of documenting them (according to process modeling standards);
• Conduct or participate in studies aimed at defining business processes;
• Analyze processes and ways of doing things and propose improvements aimed at various objectives (quality improvement, efficiency, optimization, etc.);
• Conduct impact analysis on business processes for various projects;
• Conduct studies on workload evaluation and assume an expert-advisory role in this area for various projects;
• Produce, for the proposed changes, a quantitative analysis of the impacts on operations in relation to customers and staff.

Requirements

• University degree in administration, project management, IT, or a related field;
• At least five (5) years of experience in the field of information technology;
• Have participated for a total of 300 person-days, over the past five (5) years, in assignments related to process management, including process modeling activities, in an organization similar to that of the Ministry;
• The candidates must be proficient in both written and spoken French.
