  • Your impact

You act as a leader of operations and are responsible for ensuring effective, robust, agile, and scalable activities to support the growth of Base Camp Connect and the delivery of its innovative solutions on the field.

You mobilize, structure, and develop a team, as well as the necessary processes and tools to ensure the overall performance of operations, while supporting growth, operational excellence, and the rapid introduction of new products.

You play a central role in aligning operational priorities, supply needs, manufacturing capacity evolution, and organizational strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities

  • Build, mobilize, and develop an autonomous, engaged, and high-performing team;
  • Ensure excellence in delivering innovations, particularly by supporting the rapid introduction of new products and technologies, and act as a strategic link between different departments;
  • Align operations with the company's strategic priorities;
  • Transform and optimize operations to support growth, improve manufacturing performance, and accelerate innovation;
  • Identify and resolve systemic issues to implement robust, effective, and scalable processes;
  • Define and oversee supply, inventory, and supply chain strategies, as well as the efficiency of systems (including ERP) and the end-to-end operational cycle;

  • Desired skills
  • *Education:*
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, administration, information technology, or related field;
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent), an asset;
  • Training or certification in continuous improvement, Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma, an asset;
  • *Experience:*
  • Approximately 8 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in a growing or transforming environment;
  • *Language:*

Bilingual (French/English).
