Your impact

As a Senior Director – Business Solutions, you will lead a strategic unit and contribute directly to the growth, performance, and efficiency of the organization.

Responsible for transactional operations in enterprise insurance, you will optimize conversion, productivity, and execution while ensuring optimal use of capacity. You will exercise mobilizing leadership among operations directors and contribute to the evolution of practices and business models that support our sustainable growth.

• Lead and develop the operations directors under your responsibility.
• Ensure achievement of growth, conversion, productivity, and quality objectives.
• Establish a strong performance culture, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Optimize processes, journeys, and work methods to improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure rigorous management of capacity and business opportunity flow.
• Collaborate with digital teams to ensure effective integration between digital journeys and field teams.
• Develop and evolve indicators, management routines, and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Collaborate with leaders of other business units to ensure a consistent and performant customer experience.

• Significant experience in enterprise liability insurance.
• Demonstrated experience in management of managers and multi-level leadership.
• Strong experience in performance management and indicator-based steering.
• Recognized ability to develop high-performing teams and maintain a strong execution discipline.
• Solid understanding of operations, sales, and process optimization.
• Ability to effectively manage priorities, capacity, and activity flows.
• Mobilizing leadership, credible, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication, influence, and collaboration skills.
• Bilingual French and English (to communicate orally and in writing with our clients and partners across Canada).
• Liability insurance license (required).
