Our Ideal Candidate

You are passionate about social media, hyper-organized, curious, and action-oriented, with 1 to 2 years of experience in day-to-day social media management (ideally within an agency environment). You know the ins and outs of various platforms, love writing compelling copy/hooks, and take pride in bringing brand voices to life for their communities.

You thrive on attention to detail and are comfortable with content scheduling, daily moderation, and tracking deadlines. You are constantly on the lookout for the latest TikTok trends, new Instagram formats, and LinkedIn best practices. You enjoy teamwork, collaborating with creatives, and executing editorial calendars with rigor and efficiency.
