Technical Assistant in Pharmacy

Within your team, your essential role will be

• to supervise the work of the technical staff under your responsibility and ensure the distribution of tasks;
• to ensure the constant improvement of customer service;
• to ensure the proper operational functioning of the laboratory;
• to perform, in collaboration with the management team, various management tasks such as: hiring, performance reviews, or team schedules;
• to ensure the training of people under your responsibility.

To occupy this position, you must

• have experience as a technical assistant in pharmacy.
