Your Tasks

As an Industrial Mechanic, you will be at the heart of the action on the shop floor, where matter takes shape.

Your playing field:

• Perform non-interruptible corrective work during machine runs and planned shutdowns in the factory.
• Demonstrate, repair, and reassemble various equipment
• Manufacture the required parts
• Participate in planned machine shutdowns in the factory and perform all other tasks inherent to the position
• Participate in the continuous improvement project
• Perform some welding work

The Strengths of an Industrial Mechanic

• You are naturally in your place for this position if:
• You hold a DEP in industrial mechanics and/or a DEC in mechanical or industrial mechanics engineering
• You have more than 3 years of experience in an industrial setting
• You have experience in machining (an asset)
• You have the ability to work alone or in a team
• You are focused on health and safety in the workplace
