Landscaping Laborer

Join our landscaping team as a Landscaping Laborer and help transform parks, commercial properties, and public spaces into welcoming and colorful places. What You Will Do

• Plant seasonal flowers, shrubs, and ornamental plants with care and precision
• Prepare and arrange flower beds with soil, mulch, and aesthetic finishes
• Water, weed, and maintain planted areas to ensure their health and beauty
• Maintain lawns, gardens, and green spaces (mowing, trimming, weed control)
• Use landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Contribute to the maintenance of clean, attractive, and welcoming outdoor spaces
• Work as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and keep work sites clean

The Perfect Profile

• You are someone who:
• Enjoys working outdoors and staying active all day
• Appreciates teamwork and takes pride in well-done work
• Has a positive attitude, is reliable, and motivated
• Is capable of performing physical work: bending, lifting, kneeling, and performing repetitive movements
• Is comfortable working in various summer weather conditions
• Can follow instructions and work autonomously when necessary
• Has experience in landscaping, horticulture, or flower planting (an asset, but not mandatory)
• Speaks French and/or English
• Holds a valid driver's license (an asset, but not mandatory)
