• Main responsibilities:

We are currently looking for a Sales and Rental Clerk to join our team in Amqui. Under the supervision of the branch manager, the person holding the position will mainly be responsible for:

• Welcoming and serving customers in the store;
• Responding to rental requests by phone, email, or in person, by adequately identifying the needs of customers;
• Advising customers on the available equipment and products for sale;
• Preparing rental contracts and ensuring their follow-up;
• Delivering equipment to customers and providing necessary explanations regarding their safe use;
• Closing contracts upon the return of equipment and ensuring customer satisfaction;
• Performing a brief inspection, cleaning, and preparation of equipment for future rentals;
• Ensuring the availability of tools and equipment in the store;
• Collaborating with other branches to ensure optimal management of equipment and maintenance tracking.

• Knowledge of tools, construction equipment, and basic mechanics;
• Strong interest in customer service and teamwork;
• Proactive attitude and concern for well-done work;
• Sense of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Ease of using computer tools;
• Excellent relational skills and professionalism.
