What are your contributions to the team?

• Analyze operational needs and propose suitable technical solutions for the manufacturing environment.
• Lead or support technical projects by ensuring their planning, monitoring, and coordination.
• Develop and optimize work methods, operational standards, and coordination processes.
• Ensure the link between field teams, support functions, and management.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend sustainable corrective actions.
• Produce and maintain clear, structured, and useful documentation for operations.
• Act as a resource person on complex technical files and support the team as needed.
• Contribute to the coordination and continuity of the team's activities as needed.

How will you thrive in this role?

• Hold a DEC in engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Have significant experience in a manufacturing environment, methods, technical coordination, or project management.
• Quickly understand technical, operational, and manufacturing issues.
• Demonstrate versatility, autonomy, judgment, and a strong interest in challenges.
• Show good communication, organization, and priority management skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of an ERP or manufacturing systems is an asset.
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to gradually assume a broader role within the team.
• Ability to manage technical projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
• Strong technical background in a manufacturing environment and good understanding of field operations.
• Experience in work methods, continuous improvement, and process structuring.
