Generally, here are the tasks you can expect to perform:

• Assess the psychosocial, aid, and assistance needs of users and determine their priority,
• Plan psychosocial interventions with the user, their family, and other interveners, identifying specific objectives,
• Carry out the required psychosocial interventions according to the techniques from your training,
• Conduct relevant evaluations for the user,
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings when your presence is required,
• Intervene promptly in crisis situations,
• Participate in the development of appropriate work tools within your service,
• Organize home or institutional visits,
• Participate in the orientation and training of new staff and interns.

Requirements

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) in social work techniques or a college certificate in social work techniques or social assistance techniques from a recognized school by the competent ministry.
