• Your role as a pillar advisor

As a pillar advisor, you play an important role within the team. You are a reference for your colleagues in terms of customer service, products and operations.

You share your knowledge, support the integration of new employees and contribute to the smooth running of the store on a daily basis.

You are an ambassador of the Artisans Canada experience and contribute to making our artisans shine with our clientele.

Your main responsibilities

• Actively contribute to achieving the store's sales objectives.
• Welcome each customer with professionalism, enthusiasm and good humor.
• Act as a reference for the team in terms of customer service, products and good practices.
• Share your knowledge and support your colleagues to promote their development.
• Support the integration and training of new employees.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive, collaborative and motivating work environment.
• Take initiatives to improve the customer experience and the operation of the store.
• Perform store openings and closings independently and rigorously.
• Perform transactions at the cash register professionally.
• Ensure the restocking of merchandise and the availability of products.
• Maintain visual presentation, organization and cleanliness standards in the store.
• Participate in the reception, processing and placement of merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and contribute to loss prevention.

The profile we are looking for

• You have relevant experience in retail.
• You have an excellent sense of customer service and enjoy building authentic relationships with customers.
• You are recognized for your positive attitude, professionalism and team spirit.
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping your colleagues progress.
• You are autonomous, organized and have a good sense of responsibility.
• You are curious and want to learn more about Quebec and Canadian artisans, creators and companies.
• You communicate easily in French and English.
• You want to evolve in a role where you can have a positive impact on your team.
