We are looking for a residential property manager / leasing agent for a new luxury apartment building with 99 units located in the Ahuntsic neighborhood.

• Your Role

You will be responsible for leasing the units, welcoming new residents, and managing the day-to-day operations of the building.

Main Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up on applications.
• Conduct unit viewings.
• Prepare leasing documents and assist new residents with their move-in.
• Maintain a high occupancy rate for the building.
• Collect rents and make bank deposits.
• Communicate with residents.
• Coordinate with vendors and follow up on work orders.
• Prepare, file, and follow up on documents with the Housing Authority Tribunal (HAT).
• Pay bills and perform various administrative tasks.
• Actively participate in maintaining a welcoming and immaculate environment.
• Desired Profile
• Relevant experience in property management, residential leasing, or customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Autonomy, initiative, and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of common computer tools
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Compensation: Starting at $27.00 per hour
