We are looking for someone who uses their curiosity and listening skills every day in every interaction they have. This person acts as an ambassador with our guests upon their arrival at one of our establishments. The Front Desk Agent provides information, welcomes guests, and continuously contributes to creating personalized touches to ensure our guests have memorable stays.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Handle arrivals and departures, verify and detail them, and ensure the smooth running of internal activities.
• Respond to guest requests with attention and care, and contribute to constantly improving their experience through your individuality and creativity.
• Respond to guest requests with courtesy and efficiency, whether in person, by phone, or email.
• Proactively resolve guest issues and concerns with a focus on satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide relevant information that helps us offer a personalized experience to everyone.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Hospitality diploma, an asset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and natural orientation towards customer service
• Ability to manage difficult situations with professionalism and calm
• Sharp sense of listening to understand guest needs and preferences
• Computer skills and experience with OPERA (PMS), an asset
