What will you contribute to the team?

• Assess and propose opportunities for cutting-edge technological acquisitions for the machining, sheet metal, composite, and assembly sectors, enabling the organization to achieve technological excellence;
• Define the project execution strategy: scope, resources, timeline, costs, risks, quality management, communications, and training;
• Manage the activities of the development project phases: feasibility study, project mandate and business plan, acquisition, implementation, and production;
• Manage the budget, schedule, and resources throughout all phases. Prepare and present progress reports to various management levels;
• Align the work of involved resources and serve as the interface between different departmental services;
• Manage customer expectations and change requests within projects;
• Develop risk management and mitigation plans;
• Participate in problem-solving and recovery plans when necessary to meet key deliverable deadlines;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes.

How will you thrive in this role?

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automated Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any other relevant experience;
• You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management;
• You possess knowledge of aerospace industry manufacturing processes (Asset);
• You have strengths in human resource management within a matrix project management framework;
• You hold a PMI certification (Asset);
• You have a strong analytical mindset;
• You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong sense of organization;
• You are passionate about achieving technological excellence;
• You have proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken;
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
