The organization is looking for a senior business analyst specialized in accounting, finance, and financial systems to contribute to the evolution of business processes and Oracle financial software supporting the insurance damage sector activities.

The resource will intervene in transformation and continuous improvement initiatives involving multiple business and IT stakeholders. They will play a strategic role in analyzing needs, evolving financial processes, recommending solutions, and aligning initiatives with business objectives.

The role requires strong influence capabilities, excellent understanding of accounting and financial environments, and deep experience in business analysis in complex contexts.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze business situations to understand issues and opportunities
• Identify, document, analyze, and validate business needs and requirements
• Map current and target business processes
• Influence financial processes according to market best practices
• Support stakeholders and ensure their commitment to project objectives
• Support the identification and demonstration of business value
• Ensure the traceability and validation of needs
• Align solutions with business objectives and business needs
• Identify internal and external dependencies and prerequisites
• Conduct impact analyses with various stakeholders
• Communicate and present proposed solutions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions
• Maintain a cross-functional and integrated view of solutions

Requirements and Qualifications

• University degree
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in:
• accounting
• finance
• financial systems
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a business analyst
• Knowledge of Oracle financial software:
• ERP Cloud
• Knowledge of Oracle financial software:
• ERP Cloud
• EBS
• EPM Cloud
• Hyperion (asset)
• Knowledge of the insurance damage domain (asset)
• Accounting title (asset)
