In the long term, this opportunity could lead you to the Finance and Administration Management and participation in the board of directors.
About Trial Design
Founded in 1987, Trial Design is a Quebec company specializing in high-end architectural cabinetry.
For nearly 40 years, it has designed, manufactured, and installed custom commercial projects for prestigious brands such as Tesla, Starbucks, L'Oréal, Browns, Crate & Barrel...etc. both in Canada and internationally.

Your Role
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Administration, you will occupy a central role within the organization.
You will be responsible for all accounting activities, including financial tracking and project accounting.
- Supervise the complete accounting cycle;
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements;
- Perform various financial analyses;
- Ensure financial tracking of manufacturing projects;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes;
- Supervise an accounting technician;
- Collaborate closely with various managers;
- Gradually participate in the company's strategic files;
- Work in collaboration with external auditors and various financial partners.
Desired Profile
- Hold the title of CPA;
- Have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience;
- Possess solid experience in financial accounting;
- Master project accounting;
- Have experience in a manufacturing environment (a significant asset);
- Communicate easily in French and English in a business context;
- Master Excel, particularly pivot tables and financial analysis;
- Use an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).
